East Coast Clinical Directors


Erin Heinerichs, M.A., CCC-SLP – East Coast Clinical Director

Erin Heinerichs graduated with a Bachelors degree in Communicative Disorders from West Chester University. She went on to complete her Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology at The College of New Jersey. Erin has focused her clinical career in both Pediatric and Adult settings.

She has worked at a variety of local hospitals, school districts and IUs in Bucks, Chester and Montgomery Counties in Pennsylvania. Erin began working with ASPS, Inc. as a contractor in 2004. She began her current position as Clinical Director at ASPS, Inc. in August of 2005.

As Clinical Director, Erin creates and maintains contractual relationships with area schools, IUs and healthcare facilities. She interviews potential therapists, supervises CFY therapists and provides paperwork and procedural trainings to current staff and contracted therapists. Erin currently continues to maintain her clinical skills by providing therapy and evaluations to preschool and school aged students, as well as working with adults in a rehab setting on a per diem basis. When not at work, Erin enjoys spending busy weekends with her husband and two children.


Liz Navo, M.A., CCC-SLP – East Coast Clinical Director

Elizabeth Navo graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders in 1999. She completed her Masters of Arts degree in Speech Language Pathology from The College of New Jersey in 2001. She has worked with children ranging in age from 2 to 12 years with a variety of communication disorders in multiple settings, which include homes, preschools, elementary and middle schools, and private outpatient centers. She enjoys shopping, running outdoors with friends, and having fun with her husband George and two children, George and Bella.
