In the summer of 2018, The Council for Clinical Certification in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (CFCC), of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) announced changes to certification standards for Speech-Language Pathologists. These changes will go into effect on January 1, 2020, and will impact both applicants and certificate holders.
